Description

The Algerian Journal of Education and Mental Health is a biannual international specialized peer-reviewed; free of charge; open access journal on the Algerian Scientific Journal Platform (ASJP), issued and edited since 2007 by the Laboratory of Education and Mental Health, the University of Algiers 2, Algeria. It publishes original scientific research and studies in the fields of education and mental health and psychological sciences with its different domaine: educational psychology; clinical psychology; school psychology; occupational psychology; social psychology; psychotherapy; neuropsychology and others. It is placed under the supervision of a scientific body made up of professors and academics specializing in the field from inside and outside Algeria, and with the follow-up of an international scientific arbitration panel and qualified experts, formed periodically to evaluate research and studies.The journal has a future vision through which it aspires to raise the level of quality of distinguished scientific performance and seeks through this to connect and consolidate bridges of knowledge between the various fields and branches of educational and psychological sciences and to blend diverse scientific experiences among researchers and specialists to access high-quality research. The journal publishes research in Arabic, English and French, provided that it is subject to the required publishing conditions and rules.

The editorial board of the Algerian Journal of Education and Mental Health, issued by the Laboratory of Education and Mental Health at the University of Algiers 2, is pleased to invite all researchers, including university professors and doctoral students from inside and outside the country, to submit their scientific articles for publication in the next issue of June 2024; Volume 18, Issue One. We also ask for your cooperation in advance to comply with all the conditions of publication in the journal to enable the editorial board to publish the issue on time.

الملخص: هذهِ الورقة البحثية حولَ اقتراح حلول ميدانية للتكفل الأنجح بذوي الاعاقات الشديدة والمتعددة، حيث يمتاز العصر الذي نعيش فيه بسرعة التَّطور والتَّغير، وهذا يؤدى إلى التَّطور الكبير في المؤسسات والمراكز في المجتمع، ولهذا برزت أهمية الاهتمام بذوي الاعاقة والحالات الخاصة وبمستواهم المعيشي، وبحسن التخطيط والادارة والتكفل الأنجح لتوفير لهم سبل العيش ورغد الحياة، وليتمكنوا من مُجاراة صعوبات الحياة والتغلب عليها، حيث أصبح خيار استراتيجي لكل مُؤسسة حكومية ومجتمعية لإعداد أفرادها لمواجهة هذه التحديات لأنهم جزء مهم من المجتمع، ومن هنا تأتي الحاجة لِتطوير وتنمية معارف ذوي الاعاقة والحالات الخاصة عنْ طريق معرفة احتياجاتِهم، وتحديد الصعوبات التي تعوق مواصلة اندماجهم بالمجتمع بنفس مستوى أقرانهم، فهم يمتلكون طاقات كبيرة ويمكن الاستفادة منها، وأوصت الباحثة بالتكفل المادي وتوفير أدوات ومستلزمات مجانية لذوي الإعاقة والاحتياجات الخاصة، والتكفل النفسي ورفع الروح المعنوية لهم وتعزيز ثقتهم بأنفسهم. This research paper is about proposing field solutions for the most successful care for people with severe and multiple disabilities, as the era in which we live is characterized by rapid development and change, and this leads to great development in institutions and centers in society, and for this the importance of caring for people with disabilities and special cases and their standard of living, and good planning, management and care has emerged. The most successful to provide them with the means of livelihood and the well-being of life, and so that they can keep pace with life’s difficulties and overcome them, as it has become a strategic choice for every governmental and community institution to prepare its members to face these challenges because they are an important part of society, and hence the need to develop and develop the knowledge of people with disabilities and special cases by knowing their needs And identifying the difficulties that hinder their further integration into society at the same level as their peers, as they have great energies and can benefit from them.

قدرة التوافق الزواجي على التكيف مع إدارة الأزمات (أزمة طفل متعدد الإعاقة كأنموذج) -دراسية وصفية تحليلية على بعض الأسر الجزائرية-

الملخص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على الأسرة المتكونة من(الأب، الأم، وأطفال) في كيفية إدارتها للأزمات التي تعصف باستقرار ونسق الأسرة وكمثال دراسة وجود طفل متعدد الإعاقة. وفي هذا الإطار تم إختيار عينة بطريقة قصدية تتميز بخصائص وميزات تخدم إتجاه البحث، حيث بلغت 48 فراد (24 زوجا و24 زوجة) يتراوح أعمارهم بين(من25 إلى55 سنة). طبق عليهم مقياس إدارة الأزمات من إعداد الباحث ومقياس التوافق الزواجي،فأسفرت نتائج الدراسة كالآتي: - وجود علاقة بين أبعاد التوافق الزواجي وإدارة الأزمة في وجود طفل متعدد الإعاقة. - يوجد تباين دال إحصائيا بين التوافق الزواجي وإدارة للأزمة في ظل وجود طفل متعدد الإعاقة عند ضبط متغيرات(مدة الزواج– المستوى التعليمي–متوسط الدخل للزوجين). Abstract: The current research aims to identify the family consisting of (father, mother, and children) in how it manages crises that afflict the stability and harmony of the family, as an example of studying the presence of children with developmental disabilities. In this context, a sample was chosen in an intentional way characterized by characteristics and features that serve the direction of the research, and it shares the same characteristics of the sample to be studied, which amounted to 48 individuals (24 husbands and 24 wives) ranging in age (from 25 to 55 years). The crisis management scale prepared by the researcher and the marital compatibility scale were applied to them. The results of the study were as follows: - There is a relationship between the dimensions of marital compatibility and crisis management in the presence of children with developmental disabilities. - There is a statistically significant difference between marital adjustment and crisis management when adjusting the variables (duration of marriage - educational

واقع التدخل الارطوفوني في تشخيص التوحد -دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الممارسين الارطوفونين

الملخص: ملخص الدراسة إن الهدف من دراستنا الحالية هو محاولة لوصف واقع معاش من خلال تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة اصبحت شائعة في ميدان الممارسة لبعض الاخصائيين الارطوفونين و هي تشخيص اضطراب طيف التوحد والتي لها نتائج وخيمة على الطفل والاسرة والمجتمع، وذلك من خلال التعرف على معارفهم النظرية والادوات التي يستعملونها في تقييمه وكذا فريق المختصين غير ارطوفونين المتعامل معه في عملية التشخيص ، اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من 10 أخصائيين ارطوفونين ممارسين في عياداتهم الخاصة ، تم اجراء مقابلات نصف موجهة تضمنت كل ما يرتبط بعملية التشخيص ودور الاخصائي الارطفوني وحدود تدخله ، وبعد جمع النتائج وتحليلها توصلنا الى ان التقييم الأرطوفوني المطبق غير كافي لتشخيص اضطراب طيف التوحد ، حيث ان هذه الصعوبات التشخيصية تتعلق بالنقص الكبير في المعارف النظرية و التطبيقية للاخصائيين الارطوفونين عينة الدراسة ،وعدم قدرتهم على التفريق بين التوحد و الاضطرابات المشابهة واستعمالهم لأدوات محدودة جدا اضافة الى خروج عملية التشخيص عن اطار الفريق المتعدد التخصصات اللازم لذلك. الكلمات المفتاحية :اضطراب طيف التوحد _ التشخيص _ الاخصائي الارطوفوني Abstract: The objectif of the present study is not criticism, but an attempt to describe and to highlight the reality of a phenomenon that has become common in the practice of some orthophonists specialists, it concerns the diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder, which have serious consequences for the child, the family and society.we proceed by identifying their theoretical knowledge and the tools they use in their evaluation, as well as the team of non-orthophonists specialists involved in the diagnosis.Therefore, in this study, we opt for the use of the descriptive method to describe and explain the phenomenon. Where the study sample consisted of 10 orthophonists specialists practitioners in Their own clinic. we applied the half-directed interview tool. After the results were collected and analyzed, we concluded that the applied orthophonic evaluation was not sufficient to diagnose autism spectrum disorder . Despite a significant lack of theoretical and practical knowledge of orthophonists specialists, (The study sample), and their inability to differentiate between autism and similar disorders and their use of very limited tools in addition to that they do not deal with the whole team, and yet, they diagnose autism spectrum disorder!!! keyswords: autism spectrum disorders , diagnostic, orthophonists

الملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة العلمية والموسومة بـ: " الطريقة اللفظية النغمية: بين الانتهاج الرسمي والتطبيق الفعلي في مدارس صغار الصم في الجزائر" إلى الكشف عن طرق التكفل بصغار الصم مبرزين أهمية الطريقة اللفظية النغمية la méthode verbo-tonale (MVT) في تعليم التواصل اللغوي لديهم، مع تعريف هذه الطريقة وذكر أهم شروط تطبيقها وكذا الوسائل الضرورية التي يجب توفيرها لذلك، كما يتمحور التساؤل الرئيسي لهذه الدراسة حول واقع استعمالها من طرف الارطفونيين والمعلمين المختصين في مدارس الصم؟ The purpose of this scientific paper, which untitled by the verbal-tonal method between the official curriculum and the actual application in schools of deaf children in Algeria, to bring to light the different methods to care about the deaf children highlighting the importance of the verbal-tonal method in teaching linguistic communication and identifying it; mentioning also the main conditions for its application as well as the necessary means that must be provided for this. The main question of this study revolves around the reality of its use by speech therapists and specialized teachers in the schools of the deaf.

تقييم دور مدرسي مادة الرياضيات في تنمية الحس العلمي من وجهة نظر طلبتهم في الجامعات الفلسطينية في محافظة طولكرم

الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مستوى تقديرات طلبة تخصص الرياضيات في الجامعات الفلسطينية في محافظة طولكرم لدور المدرسين في تنمية الحس العلمي لديهم. لهذا الغرض طبق مقياس الحس العلمي من إعداد الباحثين على عينة متيسرة بلغت (77) طالباً وطالبة ملتحقين في قسم الرياضيات في الجامعتين: القدس المفتوحة (فرع طولكرم)، وفلسطين التقنية (خضوري). وخلصت النتائج إلى وجود فروق جوهري دال إحصائياً بين تقديرات أفراد الدراسة في إدراكهم لأهمية دور المدرسين في تنمية الحس العلمي لدى طلبتهم مقارنة بالمتوسط الفرضي، كما بينت النتائج أن هذه التقديرات لمستوى الحس العلمي كانت بمستوى متوسط على المجال المعرفي، وبمستوى مرتفع على المجال الوجداني. ومن جهة أخرى أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين تقديرات أفراد الدراسة لتقييم دور المدرسين في تنمية للحس العلمي لديهم تبعاً إلى المتغيرات: الجنس والجامعة والسنة الدراسة ومستوى التحصيل، سواءً كان ذلك على المجالين المعرفي والوجداني أم على المتوسط الكلي. وفي ضوء ذلك تم اقتراح عدة توصيات أهمها الاهتمام برفع مستوى الحس العلمي لدى الطلبة وبخاصة على المجال المعرفي. The current study aimed to know the level of assessments of mathematics students in Palestinian Universities in Tulkarm Governorate for the role of teachers in developing their scientific sense. For this purpose, the scientific sense scale, prepared by researchers, was applied to an accessible sample of (77) male and female students enrolled in the Mathematics Department at the two universities: Al-Quds Open University (Tulkarm Branch) and Palestine Technical (Kadoorie). The results concluded that there are significant statistically significant differences between the estimates of the study members in their awareness of the importance of the role of teachers in developing the scientific sense of their students compared to the hypothetical average. The results also showed that these estimates of the level of scientific sense were at an average level on the cognitive domain, and at a high level on the emotional domain. On the other hand, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the estimates of the study members to assess the role of teachers in developing their scientific sense depending on the variables: gender, university, year of study and level of achievement, whether on the cognitive and emotional fields or on the overall average. In light of this, several recommendations were suggested, the most important of which is the interest in raising the level of scientific sense among students, especially in the field of knowledge.
