الملخص
يتمثل الإرشاد البحري في المساعدة التي يقدمها المرشدون للربابنة من أجل قيادة سفنهم عند الدخول إلى الموانئ والفرض والمياه الداخلية والخروج منها، فالإرشاد هو نظام تمليه اعتبارات تتعلق بحماية السّفينة ذاتها من جهة، وهو نظام يمليه الباعث المالي بقصد تحصيل رسوم يستعان بها على صيانة الموانئ وإصلاحها من جهة أخرى. كما أنّ هذا النّظام يتم بموجب عقد خدمة قصيرة المدة يؤديها المرشد بطلب من ربان السّفينة يقوم بموجب ذلك بإرشاد السّفينة وقت الدخول أو الخروج من الميناء مقابل أجرة معينة. لذلك يتطلب موضوع الإرشاد البحري دراسة المسائل التالية: عقد الإرشاد البحري، المسؤولية المترتبة على الإرشاد. Abstract: Maritime pilotage consists of the assistance given by pilots to captains for the conduct of ships at the entry and exit of ports in ports and inland waters. Pilotage is a system dictated by considerations relating to the protection of the ship itself this is on one hand. It is also a system dictated by the financial motive in order to collect fees for the maintenance and repair of ports, on the other hand. The system is also executed under a short-term service contract performed by the pilot at the request of the master of the vessel who must guide the ship at the time of entry or exit from the port for certain wages. The identification of the maritime pilotage includes the study of the following issues: maritime pilotage contract responsibility related to the maritime pilotage.
