الملخص
مع ازدياد ضغوط الهجرة غير الشرعية على الدول المتقدمة ارتفعت هذه الهجرة السرية باعتبارها ظاهرة عالمية إلى قمة الأجندة السياسية الدولية وأصبحت همَاً أمنياً بالنسبة لمعظم الدول الغربية، غير أن الكثير من المراقبين يتهمون تلك الدول الكبرى وعولمتها الرأسمالية بازدواجية المعايير نتيجة سماح هذه العولمة اللامتكافئة وغير المتوازنة بتشجيع تنقل رؤوس الأموال والبضائع لمصلحتها مقابل أمننة موضوع الهجرة ووضع المزيد من العراقيل بوجه تحرك البشر من الضفة الجنوبية المستضعفة وهو ما يشكك في الإدعاءات المؤدلجة حول قيم الليبرالية الغربية .
