الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لدراسة أهمية الشراكة الاستراتيجية في تحسين الأداء الاقتصادي في مجمع صيدال من خلال دراسة مدى توجه واهتمام المجمع لإقامة شراكات مختلفة ومدى تأثير ذلك على النتائج المحققة، وقد شهد الأداء الاقتصادي للمجمع تحسن ملحوظ بعد تبني عدة شراكات بمختلف الصيغ سواء إقامة مشاريع مختلطة أو عقود التصنيع الامتيازية أو اقتناء رخص الإنتاج، وانعكس ذلك إيجابا على الأداء الاقتصادي للمجمع من خلال زيادة عدد المنتجات، حجم المبيعات، رقم الأعمال وكذا النتائج المالية إضافة إلى توسيع خطوط الإنتاج، توفير المواد الأولية وتحسن القدرة التنافسية، كما أن المجمع إكتسب سمعة جيدة نتيجة إقامة شراكات مع مختبرات وشركات عالمية ساهمت بشكل فعال في زيادة الطلب على منتجاته. This study aims to examine the importance of the strategic partnership in improving the economic performance of the Sidal Complex by examining the interest of the complex to establish different partnerships and how this partnerships affects the results achieved. The economic performance of Sidal production has improved after several partnerships adoption in various formulas, whether the establishment of mixed projects or franchised manufacturing contracts or the production licenses acquisition, That reflected positively on the economic performance of the complex through Increasing the number of products, sales volume, business number as well as financial results, in addition to expanding production lines, providing raw materials and improving competitiveness, and has gained a good reputation as a result of partnerships with international laboratories and companies that have effectively increased the Demand for its products.
