زكاة مداخيل المستأجرات (zakat Of Rental Revenue)

الملخص
Abstract The rental revenue remains an income supplier source from the real estate owners and the zakat of rent remains a pension source for many types of needy people, because the transactions in the field of rent have been varied and developed, the resulting benefit has a bad and negative reflection for the poor and needy people . Indeed, their margin of benefit reduced and that is shown through this study (research). In which transactions reflected negatively on particular classes in one hand and achieve many benefits for the rest on the hand. This is happening in the absence of legal provisions and religions fatwas to protect weak people’s rights. الملخص: تظل مداخيل الإجارة مورد دخل الكثير من أصحاب العقارات،وزكاة ذلك الريع مورد معاش أصناف كثيرة من المحتاجين،ولأن المعاملات في ميدان الإيجار تنوعت وتطورت،إلا أن هذا النفع الحاصل كان سلبيا على شريحة المحتاجين،بل تقلّص هامشهم من الاستفادة،وهذا ما يظهر من خلال البحث، حيث انعكست المعاملات سلبا على شريحة معينة،وتحقق لباقي المتعاملين فوائد كثيرة،وقديما قيل:مصائب قوم عند قوم فوائد،وهذا في غياب نصوص قانونية حامية لحقوق الضعفاء،أو فتاوى شرعية متوافقة حول مسألة إنصافهم واستخلاص حقوقهم كاملة.
