الملخص
Abstract: In this paper, we attempt to examine the career of one of the rulers of the province of Mauretania ceasariensis through the Latin inscriptions, the figure of the ruler Publius Aelius Rogatos Pergrenius, who was one of the most important elites who rulled the province of Mauretania ceasariensis during the severian era, in a wide geographical boundaries of this province and a large military units , which are in accordance with conditions and situations that are respected by the emperor to choose the most trustworthy and absolute loyalty, and therefore emerged some personalities in the various positions and provinces of importance compared to another. Pibelius Aelius Rogatos Pergrenius is considered the most prominent rulers through the Latin inscriptions in several cities of the province, especially that the period coincided with the severian family period , which was a great advantage in many facilities in the province of Mauretania ceasariensis , distributed and raised to this character many of the latin writings of the gift spread in different placcess across the province; east and west, north and south. The writings discovered so far are twenty one, most of them were within the cities of the province, such as the city of Auzia , and to Tiaret and Ain Benian as well as the capital of the province Ceasarea but in the east we find inscriptions in cities of el Hodna . We are trying to trace and know the professional path of this ruler, because the expressions of inscriptions help us in this regard, and we focus on most of the military and administrative ranks from the inscriptions also the most important achievements of this procurator in the province of Mauretania ceasariensis الملخص: نعالج في هذه الورقة البحثية ، المسار المهني لأحد حكام مقاطعة موريطانيا القيصرية من خلال النقوش اللاتينية ، وهو شخصية الحاكم بيبليوس أوليوس روغاتوس بيرغرينوس والذي يعد واحد من أهم النخب التي أدارت شؤون مقاطعة موريطانيا القيصرية خلال عهد الأسرة السيفيرية ، حيث كان إسناد مهمة تسيير هكذا مقاطعة ذات حدود جغرافية واسعة وتعداد عسكري كبير ، يتم وفق ظروف وشروط يراعيها الامبراطور ويختار في غالبها أصحاب الثقة والولاء المطلق ولهذا بزغت بعض الشخصيات في مناصب متعددة ومقاطعات ذات أهمية مقارنة بأخرى ، أما بالحديث عن أوليوس بيرغرينوس روغاتوس فهو يعتبر من حيث النقوش الحاكم الأكثر ورودا في نصوصها نظير ما كان له من انجازات عديدة بمدن المقاطعة خاصة وأن فترته تزامن مع الأسرة السيفيرية التي كان لها فضل كبير في العديد من المنشآت بمقاطعة موريطانيا القيصرية وحتى بنوميديا ، اذ توزعت ورفعت لهذه الشخصية العديد من الكتابات الإهدائية انتشرت في مختلف أقاليم النشاط بالمقاطعة شرقها وغربها ، شمالها وجنوبها فالكتابات المكتشفة لحد الآن بلغت واحد وعشرون نقيشة كانت معظمها داخل مدن المقاطعة مثل مدينة سور الغزلان ومرورا الى تيارت و عين البنيان كذلك بعاصمة المقاطعة شرشال أما في الشرق نجد نقوش في مدن الحضنة وحتى الى مدينة سطيف، و من خلال تلك الكتابات نحاول تتبع ومعرفة المسار المهني لهذا الحاكم ، لأن عبارات النقوش تفيدنا في هذا الشأن ، كما نركز على معظم الرتب العسكرية والإدارية التي تقلدها هذا الأخير ونستخلص من جملة النقوش أيضا أهم الانجازات التي قام بها هذا البروكيراتور في مقاطعة موريطانيا القيصرية
