الملخص
ملخص: (عربية) تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الهبات المالية في دعم اقتصاد مدن الجزائر الرومانية قديما ، وذلك من خلال دراسة النذر والإهداءات التي قدمها أفراد من الطبقة الأرستقراطية التي عاشت في تلك المدن ، انكبت إشكالية الدراسة حول معرفة مدى مشاركة الشخصيات النافذة في تنمية اقتصاد المدن وكيف كان ذلك ، استندت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التاريخي ومن أدوات الدراسة الاعتماد على نصوص النقوش اللاتينية التي من خلالها نستطيع التعرف على مختلف أسماء تلك الشخصيات ورتبهم الإدارية والدينية ودرجتهم الاجتماعية ، كما اعتمدنا على مصادر مكتوبة رومانية لاستنباط خصائص الوضع الاقتصادي الموجود آنذاك ،ومن نتائج الدراسة أن مدن الجزائر حقيقة عرفت وجود شخصيات نافذة سخرت ثروتها لخدمة وتنمية اقتصاد المدن في عدة اشكال اهمها المباني والمنشآت التي لازلت شاهدا اثريا ليومنا هذا ومن توصياتنا في هذا الموضوع أن تنكب دراسات جادة ومتخصصة في شؤون المجتمع الجزائري خلال الفترة الرومانية Abstract: (English) This study aims to show the role of financial donations in supporting the economy of ancient Roman cities of Algeria, by studying the vow and the gifts presented by aristocracy that lived in those cities, the study problem was devoted to knowing the extent of the participation of influential people in the development of the city's economy and how that was , The study was based on the historical descriptive approach and one of the tools of the study is relying on the texts of the Latin inscriptions through which we can identify the various names of those personalities and their administrative and religious ranks and their social rank, as we relied on Roman written sources to deduce the characteristics of the economic situation that existed at the time, and from the results of the study that the cities of Algeria In fact, knew the existence of influential personalities whose wealth was harnessed to serve and develop the cities economy in many forms, the most important of which are the buildings and facilities that are still an archaeological witness to this day, finaly our recommendations on this topic is to carry out serious and specialized studies in the affairs of Algerian society during the Roman period.
