محاولات الاقلاع الاقتصادي في الجزائري خلال الألفية الثالثة 2001-2021 –دراسة تحليلية-

الملخص
ملخص: لم تحقق الاصلاحات المنتهجة في الجزائر خلال تسعينات القرن الماضي النتائج المرجوة منها وأثبتت محدوديتها وفشلها في تحقيق الاقلاع الاقتصادي، مما زاد من تردي الوضع الاقتصادي وارتفاع المديونية الخارجية. تطرقت هذه الدراسة إلى مختلف البرامج الاقتصادية المتخذة في الجزائر بهدف تحقيق اقلاع اقتصادي، انطلاقا مع بداية الألفية الثالثة، معتمدة في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي في الاطار النظري للبرامج المنتهجة، بالإضافة إلى المنهج التحليلي في تحليل التطورات الاقتصادية الحاصلة في الجزائر. Abstract: The reforms adopted in Algeria during the nineties of the last century did not achieve the desired results and proved their limitations and failure to achieve economic take-off, which increased the deterioration of the economic situation and the increase in external indebtedness. This study touched on the various economic programs adopted in Algeria with the aim of achieving economic take-off, starting with the beginning of the third millennium, relying on the descriptive approach in the theoretical framework of the programs adopted, in addition to the analytical approach in analyzing the economic developments taking place in Algeria. Résumé : Les réformes adoptées en Algérie au cours des années 90 du siècle dernier n'ont pas atteint les résultats escomptés et ont prouvé leurs limites et leur incapacité à réaliser le décollage économique, ce qui a accentué la détérioration de la situation économique et l'augmentation de l'endettement extérieur. Cette étude a abordé les différents programmes économiques adoptés en Algérie dans le but de réaliser le décollage économique, à partir du début du troisième millénaire, en s'appuyant sur l'approche descriptive dans le cadre théorique des programmes adoptés, en plus de l'approche analytique dans l'analyse de l'évolution économique en cours en Algérie.
