حضور ثقافة المواطنة في برامج الفضائيات الجزائرية الخاصة، دراسة من وجهة نظر الطلبة والأساتذة الجامعيين

الملخص
المستخلص: تحاول هذه الدراسة معرفة مدى مساهمة الفضائيات الجزائرية الخاصة في نشر ثقافة المواطنة، من خلال رصد منظور عينة من الجمهور الجزائري –ممثلة في الطلبة والأساتذة الجامعيين- نحو مدى مساهمة هذه الفضائيات في غرس الديمقراطية وقيمها في مختلف المحطات السياسية والانتخابية التي مرت بها الجزائر بعد ظهور هذه القنوات، وفي تكريس دولة المؤسسات بدل دولة الشخص والفئة، وفي حث المواطنين على المشاركة في بناء الدولة ومؤسساتها؛ سواء المشاركة السياسية أو المدنية، كما سعت الدراسة إلى معرفة اتجاه الجمهور نحو مدى مساهمة هذه الفضائيات في دمج الولاءات التقليدية والثقافات الفرعية في إطار العلاقات والمؤسسات الوطنية. Abstract: This study attempts to find out the contribution of the Algerian private satellite channels in spreading the culture of citizenship by monitoring the perspective of a sample of the Algerian audience on the contribution of these satellite channels to the implantation of democracy and its values in the various political and electoral stations that Algeria experienced after the emergence of these channels; and their role in establishing the institutional State instead of an individual and a junta State, and in urging citizens to participate in the building of the State and its institutions; whether political or civil participation. The study also sought to know the public's attitudes towards the contribution of these satellite channels to the integration of traditional loyalties and subcultures into the national relations and institutions.
