استثمار الحاسوب في تعليمية اللّغة العربيّة على ضوء المقاربة بالكفاءات –السّنة الأولى من التّعليم المتوسّط نموذجا-

الملخص
يعدّ توظيف الحاسوب لخدمة اللّغة العربيّة والوعي بأهميّته، وقدرته على المواكبة والمسايرة لمستجدّات العلم والتّكنولوجيا؛ ضرورة للقيام بإصلاح حقيقيّ يرفع من قيمتها من خلال إعادة النّظر في طرائقها التّعليميّة، ومقاييسها التّقويميّة، ومناهجها بانتحاء المقاربة بالكفاءات، التي تغدو فيها الأولويّة للكيفيّة التي نحصل بها على المعلومة، وكيفيّة إتقان أدوات التّعامل بها، لا ماذا تتضمّنه هذه المعلومة من مهارات وخبرات. على ضوء هذا الطرح تتنزل دراستنا التطبيقية لبيان واقع استثمار الحاسوب بالمتوسطة الجزائرية، والمشكلات التي تواجه تطبيقه في مؤسساتنا التربوية ، خاصة لتعليمية اللغة العربية لطلبة السنة الأولى متوسط، من خلال آلية المقابلة مع الأساتذة وأولياء الأمور. و لإثبات فرضيات الدراسة ؛ تم تطبيق تجربة ميدانية مع العينة ( الأولى متوسط) في شكل اختبارات قبلية ، وأخرى بعدية ثم قياس و تحليل نتائجها . ولما كان للتجارب الدولية العربية و الأجنبية دور لا يستهان بها؛ تم التعرض و الاستفادة منها موضحين ذلك في الدراسات السابقة. :Abstract The use of the computer to serve the Arabic language and awareness of its importance, and its ability to keep abreast of developments in science and technology; the need to carry out a real reform that increases its value through a review of its educational methods, and its calibrated scales, and curricula with a comprehensive approach to competencies, where priority is given to how we get information , And how to master the tools to deal with them, not what this information includes skills and experiences. In the light of this thesis, our applied study of the reality of computer investment in the Algerian medium, and the problems facing its application in our educational institutions, especially for Arabic language education for the first year students, is going on through the mechanism of interviewing teachers and parents. In order to prove the hypotheses of the study, a field experiment was applied with the sample (the first medium) in the form of tribal and other tests and then measuring and analyzing the results. As the Arab and foreign international experiences played a significant role, they were exposed and exploited, as explained in previous studies.
