الملخص
ملخص: يواجه الأستاذ مشكلات تحول دون تأدية مهامه التربوية والبيداغوجية، وصعوبة في تحقيق الأهداف التعلمية المتوخاة، ولعل أهمها تلك الفوارق الفردية بين المتعلمين، والتي ما فتئت تزداد اتساعا حتى بلغت درجة أفرزت تباينات بين مستويات التلاميذ، لتشكل صعوبة التعامل معها في الصف الواحد. ويرجع ازدياد الهوة إلى قلة معالجة الصعوبات التعلمية في حينها، لتشكل تراكمات على مدى المسار الدراسي يستعصى تعديلها. وللتقليل من حدة هذه الظاهرة جاءت المعالجة البيداغوجية كحل للتقليص من الثغرات التي تواجه المتعلمين، ومن النقائص التي يمكن أن تدفع بهم إلى الإخفاق الدراسي والتسرب المدرسي، وكأداة للضبط والتعديل للرفع من مردود التلاميذ وتكافؤ فرص النجاح بينهم. وسنتطرق في هذا المقال إلى ماهية المعالجة البيداغوجية وأهدافها، ودورها في الحد من صعوبات التعلم، ثم مراحلها وخطواتها وأهم استراتيجياتها. Abstract: The teacher is faced with problems that prevent him from accomplishing his educational and teaching tasks and with difficulties in achieving the desired objectives. Perhaps the most important of these is the individual differences between learners, which have continued to grow until they have produced divergences. between student levels, which makes it difficult to support them in a single class. The growing gap is due to the lack of timely treatment of learning difficulties, forming accumulations during the study that are difficult to change. In order to reduce the severity of this phenomenon, educational treatment has emerged as a solution to reduce the gaps faced by learners and the deficiencies which could lead them to academic failure and dropping out of school, and as a tool for control and adjustment to increase student performance and performance. equalize the chances of success between them. In this article, we will discuss the nature of educational treatment, its objectives, its role in reducing learning difficulties, and then its most important steps, stages and strategies.
