المرافقة البيداغوجية كآلية لاكتساب وتحقيق الكفاءات لدى الأستاذ الباحث "دراسة حالة المرافقة البيداغوجية للأساتذة الباحثين المتربصين بجامعة البليدة 2"

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم مدى اكتساب وتحقيق الكفاءات المرتبطة بمهام وأدوار الأستاذ الباحث عن طريق المرافقة البيداغوجية للأساتذة الباحثين المتربصين، ومن اجل ذلك قمنا ببلورة فكرية لكل من الكفاءات، الأستاذ الباحث والمرافقة البيداغوجية في الإطار النــظــري، وتوزيـــع استبيان على عينة قوامها 46 أستاذا باحــــثا متربصا بجامعة البليدة 2 دفعة 2018/2019 عــــلى المــستوى الميداني، ومعالجتها باستعمال برنامج التحليل الإحصائيSPSS، وقد خلصت جملة نتائج الدراسة إلى أن اكتساب الكفاءات وتحقيقها من خلال المرافقة البيداغوجية كان يتراوح بين الاتجاه نحو اكتسابها وتحقيقها: بدرجة كبيرة في المحاور المرتبطة ب: القدرة على توظيف علم النفس والبيداغوجيا في التدريس، مهارات تسيير العلاقات البيداغوجية والإدارية داخل الهيكل التنظيمي للجامعة، المعارف المرتبطة بالقوانين المنظمة لـــلعلاقات البيداغوجية، والاتجاه نحو بــدرجة مــتوسطة في المـحـاور المرتبطة ب: كفاءات التدريس، تقنيات البحث العلمي، مهارات التعامل مع نظام ل م د وطرق إعداد برامج التكوين، كفاءات البحث البيبلوغرافي واستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال. Abstract: This study aims to present the extent of acquiring and achieving competencies related to the tasks and roles of the research professor through the pedagogical accompaniment of newly hired internships researchers. So we developed an intellectual crystallization for each of competencies, the competencies of researcher professor, and the pedagogical accompaniment in the theoretical framework, and distributed a questionnaire to a sample of 46 professors who are in training at the University of Blida2 in batch2018/2019 in the field level. And treat it using the statistical analysis program SPSS. The results of the study concluded that the acquisition of competencies and their achievement through pedagogical accompaniment ranged between the trends their acquisition and their achievement to a large extent in the axes related to the ability to employ psychology and pedagogy in teaching, skills of managing pedagogical and administrative relations with him the university organizational structure, knowledge associated with the laws governing pedagogical relationships and the trend towards its acquisition and achievement to an average extent in the axes related to teaching competencies , scientific research techniques, skills of dealing with the LMD system, methods of preparing training programs, competencies of Bibliography research and use of information and communication technology.
