الاقلاع الاقتصادي في تركيا" دراسة تحليلية"

الملخص
تعتبر التجربة التركية من التجارب الناجحة في الإصلاحات الاقتصادية، ومن ثمارها ان نقلت تركيا نقلة نوعية في مسار التقدم والاستقرار الاقتصادي، نقلتها من مصاف الدول النامية إلى مصاف الدولة المتقدمة، حيث أصبح الاقتصاد التركي من بين اقوى الاقتصاديات في العالم، والى عهد قريب كان الاقتصاد التركي قبل سنة 2002 يعاني من اختلالات داخلية وخارجية، أهمها انخفاض الناتج القومي وارتفاع الدين الخارجي وارتفاع معدلات الفقر والبطالة والتضخم وانخفاض الدخل الفردي وعجز الميزان التجاري وميزان المدفوعات، بالإضافة إلى الظروف السياسية والإقليمية، ساهمت هذه العوامل في فشل الإصلاحات الاقتصادية المتعددة، التي طبقت في تركيا. وسنحاول في هذه الورقة البحثية استقراء التجربة التركية والسياسات الإصلاحية التي تبنتها تركيا وطبقتها ونجحت في تحقيق اهم الأهداف التي سطرتها، ثم إبراز عوامل وأسباب نجاح النموذج التركي في تجسيد الإصلاحات الاقتصادية، للاقتداء به، لنخلص إلى نتيجة ان نجاح أي تجربة يعتمد بالدرجة الأولى إلى جدية وعمق وأصالة هذه السياسات، والتخطيط الناجح، والتطبيق الصارم، والقرار الصائب والعزم والإصرار والتضحية. The Turkish experience is considered one of the successful experiences in economic reforms, and its fruits were that Turkey moved a qualitative leap in the path of progress and economic stability, which moved it from the ranks of developing countries to the ranks of the developed country, as the Turkish economy became among the strongest economies in the world, and until recently the Turkish economy was Before 2002, he suffered from internal and external imbalances, the most important of which were the decline in national product, the rise in external debt, the high rates of poverty, unemployment, inflation, low per capita income, trade balance deficit and balance of payments, in addition to the political and regional conditions. These factors contributed to the failure of the various economic reforms that were implemented in Turkey. In this research paper, we will try to extrapolate the Turkish experience and the reform policies that Turkey adopted and implemented and succeeded in achieving the most important goals that it set, and then highlight the factors and reasons for the success of the Turkish model in embodying economic reforms, to emulate it, to conclude that the success of any experiment depends primarily on seriousness and depth The originality of these policies, successful planning, strict application, right decision, determination, persistence and sacrifice.
