الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز دور وأهمية صندوق ضبط الايرادات الجزائري، في الاقلاع الاقتصادي والحد من تغيرات أسعار النفط.حيث يعتمد الصندوق على النفط كمورد رئيسي و هذا ما يضعه في دائرة الخطر بفعل تقلبات أسعار النفط و خلصت الدراسة إلى نتیجة مفادها أن دوره يكمن في تخفيض حجم المديونية وتغطية العجز الموازني وكونه يعاني من ضعف كبير في عدة مستويات وهذا راجع الى انخفاض التحویلات وارتفاع عمليات السحب من أصوله ما يحول دون القدرة على جعله مورد متجدد للايرادات بما يخدم الاقتصاد و الاقلاع الاقتصادي.
