الملخص
يقر أبرز الباحثين في مجال اللسانيات بأن أي محاولة لتطوير اللسانيات في العالم العربي تظل حديثا عاما فضفاضا، ما لم تواكب مجريات الدراسات التقنية التي فرضت نفسها على الساحة الدولية. ثم إن تحقيق بينية مؤسسة تأسيسا علميا يراعي خصوصية اللغة العربية من ناحية ويؤمن بطواعيتها للحوسبة، هو أقرب الطرق لوضع الدراسات اللسانية العربية في الطريق الصحيح. وأول خطوة في هذا المسعى تلي الايمان والاقتناع بفعالية هذه الفكرية، وقابليتها للتحقيق تكمن في السعي لدراسة خواص المنظومة اللغوية العربية من منظور حوسبي، وهو ما تسعى ورقتنا العلمية هذه الى تسليط الضوء عليه من خلال نموذج عملي للدكتور نبيل علي الذي استطاع بجهوده وخلفيته العلمية المتينة وإيمانه العميق بضرورة الحاق اللغة العربية بركب التقانة أن يضع أساسا متينا لبينية لسانية حوسبية، ينطلق من توصيف علمي للنظام اللغوي المشكل للمنظومة اللغوية العربية من منظور حوسبي. linguistics in the Arab world remains a loose public discourse, unless it keeps pace with the technical studies that have taken hold on the international scene. . The first step towards this objective, after the faith and the conviction in the effectiveness of this intellectualism, and its feasibility consists in seeking to study the properties of the Arabic linguistic system from a computer point of view, which our scientific article seeks to enlighten through a practical model for Dr. The profound need to catch up with the Arabic language with technology lays a solid foundation for a computer-based linguistic interface Which stems from a scientific description of the linguistic system that constitutes the Arabic linguistic system from a point from a computer perspective.
