الملخص
يعالج هذا المقال موضوع اللغة العربية والحاسوب عند باحثين عربيين بارزين في مجال اللسانيات الحاسوبية، وهما: نبيل علي، وعبد ذياب العجيلي، من خلال مؤلفيهما على الترتيب "اللغة العربية والحاسوب" و "الحاسوب واللغة العربية". كما تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان طريقة تناول كلّ من هذين الباحثين لهذه القضية، وإبراز الفروقات بين الدراستين. وقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي في معالجة الموضوع، وعرض القضايا الخاصة بعلاقة اللغة العربية بالحاسوب عند كلا منهما، والمنهج المقارن للموازنة بين هذين العملين. وخلص البحث إلى أن الجهود العربية تسعى للربط بين اللغة العربية والحاسوب، لترقية اللغة العربية، وتشجيعا لاستثمار تقنيات الحاسوب وبرمجياته في الدراسات اللغوية العربية، لتشمل كل فروع اللغة العربية. This article addresses the topic of the Arabic language and the computer by prominent Arab researchers in the field of computational linguistics, namely: Nabil Ali and Abd Dhiyab Al-Ajili, through their authors, respectively, “Arabic Language and Computer” and “Computer and Arabic Language”. This study also aims to show how each of these researchers addressed this issue, and to highlight the differences between the two studies. We have used the descriptive approach to tackle the topic, presenting issues related to the relationship of the Arabic language with the computers of both of them, and the comparative approach to balance between these two work. The research concluded that the Arab efforts seek to link between the Arabic language and the computer, to upgrade the Arabic language, and to encourage the investment of computer technologies and software in Arabic language studies, to include all branches of the Arabic language.
