الملخص
ded Abstract: In this article, we are going to focus on the functioning of the Algerian Republic's mediator given the influences of the political environment factors that surround the foundations of the administrative system in the Algerian state. According to the relationship of administration to the mediator of the Republic,on the other side, his relationship with the institution responsible for its establishment, the factor of political system stability, influences the type and functional structure of the mediator of the Republic's job. In addition to functioning and financial independence, we can study the performance of the Republic Mediator Authority through the political environment. mediator of the Republic; political system; political environment; public administration.
