الملخص
The purpose of this research paper is to shedding light on the importance and role of the administrative mediator in administrative control given the public administration's growing influence and the pervasiveness of the bureaucratic apparatus. Considering the most necessary elements of each model's standards based on the comparison, and seeking to benefit from the Swedish model's strengths since it is a unique and pioneering model in the field of administrative control. Its effectiveness, as well as the existence of mechanisms that, if available, would boost its impact and effect influence, such as administrative, financial, and functional processes.
