الملخص
The current study aims to reveal the relationship between organizational commitment and Occupational performance, by revealing the level of organizational commitment and Occupational performance, and it also aims to know the impact of a variable: gender on the level of organizational commitment and Occupational performance, the researchers relied on the descriptive analytical method, this study included workers working in the hospital in Djelfa, and included a sample of (101) workers, who were chosen in an intentional way, two scales (organizational commitment / Occupational performance) were distributed to them, and for data analysis the SPSS program was used, and it led to the following results: There is a moderate correlation between organizational commitment and Occupational performance among workers working in the public hospital institution
