علاقة إدارة الوقت بضغوط العمل لدى العاملين بمديرية التعمير الهندسة المعمارية والبناء -سكيكدة-

الملخص
جاءت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين إدارة الوقت وضغوط العمل لدى عمال مديرية البناء والتعمير بسكيكدة. وبغرض الإجابة على التساؤل المطروح استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي، حيث تضمنت الدراسة جانبين جانب نظري تطرقنا فيه لكل ما يتعلق بمتغيري إدارة الوقت وضغوط العمل وجانب ميداني بهدف التحقق من الفرضيات. كما اخترنا مديرية التعمير الهندسة المعمارية والبناء بسكيكدة لتطبيق دراستنا حيث قمنا بتوزيع الاستمارة على 75 عامل بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة، واسترجعنا 62 استمارة التي قمنا بتفريغها وتحليلها مستخدمين في ذلك معامل الارتباط بيرسون، معامل آلفا كرونباخ، المتوسط الحسابي وفي النهاية توصلنا إلى النتيجة التي مفادها وجود علاقة بين إدارة الوقت وضغوط العمل لدى عمال مديرية التعمير الهندسة المعمارية والبناء بسكيكدة This study aimed to detect the nature of the relationship between time management & job pressures on the labours of The Reconstruction Engineering Architecture & construction at Skekda. In Order to answer the question We Used the Descriptive Approach, where the Study included two aspects: A theoretical side, where we discussed all about time management variables and job pressures & a field side, aiming to checking the hypotheses. We also chosed The Directorate of Reconstruction Engineering Architecture & construction at Skekda, to apply our study.Where we distributed the questionnaire form on a simple random manner, among 75 labour and we retrieved 62 forms that we have been dumped and analyzed their data using Pearson correlation coefficient, & Cronbach's alpha coefficient, The Directorate of Reconstruction Engineering Architecture & construction at Skekda, At the end we reached the resultThere is a relationship between time management & job pressure on the labours of The Directorate of Reconstruction Engineering Architecture & construction at Skekda
