الآلِياتُ السُّوسيوبنائيَّة في إثارةِ دافعيَّةِ التَّعلُّمِ لدى طَالِبِ المَدْرَسَةِ الحَديثَة

الملخص
لا تزالُ نظرتُنا ضيّقةً حينما نصفُ المدرسة َعلى أنَّها عالمٌ يتفاعل فيه مدرّس وطالب، في اِنتظار التّقدّم المعرفي والحس حركي الذي سيحرزه، فنجدُ الدِّراسات الحديثة تروم من خلال أبحاثها لبعث حركة جديدة في عالم التَّربية؛ إذْ تأخذ زاوية أوسع من سابقتها، نتيجة للحالة الاِجتماعية المتغيّرة؛ بغية سدِّ مطالب المجتمع الجديد، ومحاربة المشاكل التّي تساهم في مواصلة عمليّة الهدر المدرسي من رسوبٍ وتسرُّبٍ وغيرها من المشاكل الأخرى... فالطّالب له دوافعهُ، وأفكارُهُ وميولاتُهُ وكلّها فجّة وغير ممنهجة، تحتاج لروح تنشِّطها، وتهيكِلها، وتنظِّمها وفق ما يناسب بيئته التّي يعيش فيها، ومجتمعه الذّي يفرض تغيّراته من عصر لآخر، فكيفَ تُرسِي المَدرَسَةُ مَعَالِمَهَا على قاعدةٍ اِجتماعيةٍ تسمحُ ببَعثِ روحِ التَّعلُّم في طَلبتِهَا ومتعلِّمِيها؟ فجاءت هذه الورقة لتبحثَ عن أهم الأساليب والاِستراتيجيّات التي تحدّ من المشاكل سالفة الذّكر، وتحقِّقُ لنا كفاءة النّظام التّربويّ والاِنسجام الاِجتماعي. We are still narrow our vision when we describe school as a world in which the teacher and the student interact , waiting the cognitive and the Kinesthetics to attain . we find recent studies aimed to spark a new movement in the education world through several researches ; as it takes a wider angle than its predecessor as a result of the changing social situation in order to fulfill the demands of a new society , as well as to fight the problems that contribute to continuing the waste process school from failure and other problems. The student has also his own motives, thoughts and tendencies, all of which are crude and not systematic , needing a spirit that activates them , structure them , and organize them according to what suits his environment where he lives , as well as to his society which imposes its changes from an era to another , so how can the school enrich its features on a social basis that allows the learning spirit to be tired in its students and learners ? So this paper came to look for the most important methods and strategies that limit problems , and to achieve the efficiency of the education system and social harmony .
