الملخص
: تعد ظاهرة الغش في الامتحانات الجامعية من أهم المشاكل التي تواجه التعليم العالي، وفي غياب آليات الضبط الاجتماعي والوسائل الردعية ساهم في تفشي هذه الظاهرة في الوسط الطلابي الجامعي، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز ظاهرة الغش في الامتحانات الجامعية.وندرس دور المجالس التأديبية في الحد من انتشار هذه الظاهرة أو الحد منها. كما يبحث في أسباب إعاقة تنفيذ قرارات هذه المجالس. وقدمت عينة الدراسة المكونة من أساتذة جامعيين حلولاً إدارية وتنظيمية وتربوية لمشكلة الغش في الامتحانات ، وعرضت الآليات التي تساهم في معالجة الظاهرة من خلال تفعيل المجالس التأديبية، في إطار رؤية عامة لإصلاح الجامعة وتحسين جودة التعليم Abstract : The phenomenon of cheating in university exams is one of the most important problems facing higher education, and in the absence of social control mechanisms and deterrent means, it contributed to the spread of this phenomenon among university students, This study aims to highlight the phenomenon of cheating in university exams. It examines the role of disciplinary boards in limiting or reducing the prevalence of this phenomenon. It also examines the reasons for impeding the implementation of the decisions of these councils. The study sample, consisting of university professors, provided administrative, organizational and pedagogical solutions to the problem of cheating in exams, and presented the mechanisms that contribute to the treatment of the phenomenon through the activation of disciplinary boards.
