خلايا الاصغاء والمتابعة النفسية والتربوية ودورها في الحد من العنف بمؤسسات التعليم الثانوي

الملخص
في إطار الإصلاحات التربوية التي شهدتها المنظومة التربوية في السنوات الأخيرة ومن اجل القضاء على المظاهر السلبية والمشكلات السلوكية التي ما فتئت تعصف بالمدرسة الجزائرية نتيجة التغيرات المختلفة والمتسارعة ما ولد جملة من السلوكيات غير المرغوب فيها، كالعنف فالمدرسة تعتبر الملاذ الآمن للطفل بعد الأسرة والتي يتلقى بها معارفه ويصقل فيها شخصيته، إلا أنها شهدت هي الأخرى تفشي العنف بمختلف مظاهره اللفظي والجسدي بين التلاميذ بعضهم بعضا وبين التلاميذ والقائمين على المدرسة والتعليم، فالإحصائيات تشير إلى أن هناك تناميا رهيبا في الظاهرة عملت الوصاية على ايجاد آليات للحد من هاته الظاهرة السلبية من خلال إنشاء خلايا خاصة بالإصغاء والمتابعة للتلاميذ والتي حدد دورها في الإصغاء والمتابعة للتلميذ وفتح فضاء للحوار والإصغاء لمشكلات التلاميذ والبحث في اسبابها بغية التشخيص والعلاج لهذا المشكل.
