الملخص
الملخص: يمكن أن تثار نتيجة إرتكاب الجرائم الجمركية المسؤولية المدنية المتعارف عليها في القواعد العامة و من تم يكون الشخص ملزما بتعويض الضرر الذي تسبب فيه نتيجة خطأ إقترفه ، و عليه فإن الشخص الذي ثبتت مسؤوليته المدنية وفقا للتشريع الجمركي يكون ملزما بتعويض إدارة الجمارك عن الأضرار التي لحقتها جراء الجرائم الجمركية التي تم إرتكابها إما من قبله شخصيا أو من قبل .الغير في إطار المسؤولية عن فعل الغير Abstract: As a result of the commission of customs crimes, civil liability recognized in the general rules may be raised, and the person is obligated to compensate the damage he caused as a result of a mistake he committed, and accordingly, the person whose civil liability has been established in accordance with the customs legislation is obligated to compensate the customs administration for the damages incurred by him as a result. Customs crimes that were committed either by him personally or by third parties within the framework of responsibility for the act of others.
