بطاقة الشفاء بين العصرنة و حماية المؤمن له

الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز بطاقة الشفاء كآلية لعصرنة قطاع الضمان الإجتماعي، و حماية المؤمن له.حيث تطرقت الورقة بداية إلى تقديم نظرة عامة حول بطاقة الشفاء، من حيث تحديد محتواها العلمي و العملي،ثم انتقلت إلى إبرازها كآلية فعلية أقرت عصرنة قطاع الضمان الإجتماعي و حماية مؤمنيه في آن واحد. و انتهت بتقيمها على أرض الواقع واستخلاص نتائج ذلك. This research aims to highlight the Chifa card as the mechanism of modernity in the social security sector and the protection of the insured. The paper first deals with providing an overview about the Chifa card in terms of defining its higher and practical content. Then it moved to highlighting it as an actual mechanism that approved the modernity of the social security sector and the protection of its insured at the same time and ended with its absence on the ground and drawing the results of that.
