الملخص
ملخص: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط بعض الضوء حول جوانب من الصلات الحضارية للسلطان محمد بِّلُو مع الممالك الإفريقية المعاصرة لفترة حكمه، أهمها دولة الكانم-بورنو، ودولة الماسينا، ودولة التكرور أو الفوتاتورو؛ كما سيكشف هذا البحث عن الصلات الفكرية والسياسية والعلمية التي ربطت سلطان الدولة الصكتية في الفترة الزمنية من (1817-1837) خارجيا؛ والبحث في مظاهر هذه العلاقة وتجلياتها، كما سيدرس محاولات محمد بِّلُو في توطيد صلاته مع الشمال الإفريقي، و بلاد المشرق الإسلامي - عن طريق إرسال أمراء الحجيج وحملة الرسائل، هذا ما أسهم في تشكيل وبناء جسر ثقافي وفكري بين الجانبين خلال القرن الثالث عشر للهجرة التاسع عشر للميلاد، الذي ما ساهم في صبغ المنطقة بالصبغة الإسلامية ونشر الثقافة العربية الإسلامية ،التي لازالت مظاهرها راسخة حتى وقتنا الحالي. Abstract: This study seeks to shed some light on the aspects of the The civilizational links of Sultan Muhammad Bello with the contemporary African kingdoms during his reign, the Most important of which are Kanem-Borno state, the Masina state, and the Tikur or Futatoro State.
