الملخص : الملخص: يتناولُ هذَا البحثُ درَاسة حول الأثر العلمي للمغاربة المالكية في الحرمين الشريفين-كتاب نصيحة مشاور لابن فرحون أنموذجاً- وقد تم خلاله تسليط الضَّوء على مكانة المؤلف العلمية، ونشأته وثقافته، وحياته، وبيان مؤلفاته وأهميته، والمنهج الذي اتبعه عند كتابته التَّاريخية، كما أظهرت الدراسة مدى أهمية هذا الكتاب الذي زخر بدرر ثمينة وتراجم نادرة لعلماء طيبة الزكية، ووقف الباحثان على الأثر العلمي لمالكية المغرب في بلاد الحجاز من خلال تواجدهم وتصدرهم للفقه والحديث . . Abstract: This research deals with a study on the scientific impact of the Maliki al-Maghareba in the Two Holy Mosques - the book of advice consulted by Ibn Farhoun as a model - during which the author's scientific status, upbringing, culture, life, and the statement of his writings and importance, and the approach he followed when writing historically, the study also showed the importance of this book, which abounded with precious pearls and rare translations of the scholars of Taybes Al-Zakiyah, and the researchers stood on the scientific impact of the Malikis of Almageba in the Hijaz through their presence and their leadership of jurisprudence and hadith.
