الملخص
الملخص: يعتبر النص الشرعي بقسميه القرآن والسنة من المقدسات الدينية، وقد أشار النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لهذا المعنى في قوله:"ألا إني أوتيت الكتاب ومثله معه "، فالكتاب والسنة الصحيحة متلازمان، فكل منهما يجب العمل والأخذ به، إذْ هما محور الفكر الإسلامي من عهد التنزيل إلى يوم الناس هذا، ولكونه -أي النص الشرعي- حمَّالُ أوجهٍ يَسعُ الفهوم المتعددة؛ فإن ذلك كان مدعاة لبعض المنتحلين والمبطلين لتأويل نصوص الكتاب والسنة تأويلاً فاسداً أظهر فساد سريرتهم وغلوهم في فهم النصوص، وكانوا بهذا الفهم نواة انحراف الفكر الإسلامي على مدى تاريخ هذه الأمة، فهم-كما قال المصطفى: قوم أحداث الأسنان، سفهاء الأحلام، يقولون من خير قول البرية، يقرأون القرآن لا يجاوز حناجرهم، يمرقون من الدين كما يمرق السهم من الرميّة، هذا الفهم غير السوي أهلك الحرث والنسل، وبث الفرقة في الدين واستباح الدماء والأموال والأعراض، وتسبب في رسم صورة نمطية مشوهة عن الإسلام وألصقوا كل عمل إرهابي به، سبب ذلك كله الإساءة إلى قداسة النص الشرعي بالفهم الفاسد والتنطع في الدين، لذا حاول الباحث من خلال هذه الورقة بيان ملامح هذا الغلو في النص الشرعي، وأسبابه الحقيقية وجهود العلماء في الحفاظ على قداسة النص الشرعي من كل غلو أو تنطع أو فهم سقيم. Abstract: The legal text, with its parts Qur'an and Sunnah,is considered a religious sanctuary. The Prophet peace and blessing be upon him indicated this meaning in his saying ((verily,I was given the Book and the like with it)), so the Book of Qur'an and correct Sunnah are inseparable then each must be acted upon and followed. Thus they are the focus of Islamic thought from the era of revelation to this day.And because any legal text is a porter of many aspects that can cover multiple understandings,it was a reason for some impostors and invalidators to interpret the texts of Qur’an and Sunnah in a corrupt manner that showed the corruption of their conscience and exaggeration in understanding the legal texts, and with this understanding, they were the nucleus of the islamic thought deviation throughout the history of this nation. They are people who are not prophet's companions, fools of dreams, they say the best words of the wilderness and read Qur'an,but it does not go beyond their throats . They go out of religion like an arrow passes through the shooter, this misunderstanding destroyed plowing and offspring of human beings and spread division in religion. It also plundered blood and wealth; moreover it causes a distorted stereotype about Islam and affix every act of terrorism to it. This was a cause to offend the sanctity of the legal text with a corrupt understanding and a break in religion. Therefore ,the researcher tried through this paper to explain features of this exaggeration in the legal text and its real causes, as well as the scholars efforts to preserve the sanctity of the legal text from all exaggeration, interruption or misunderstanding .
