الملخص

تهدف الدراسة إلى دراسة التحدّيات التي تواجهها المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة المدوّلة لتنمية قدراتها تنافسيتها الدولية والحفاظ عليها، وتواجه المؤسسات تحدّيات عديدة على مستوى بيئتها الداخلية وكذلك وعلى مستوى بيئتها الخارجية. يقترح مركز التجارة الدولية "شبكة القدرات التنافسية" التي تهدف إلى تحديد محدّدات بناء القدرات التنافسية للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة المدوّلة والتي تتضمن بعدين هما، الطبقات (البيئات) والركائز. نقدم تلك الشبكة ونحاول تعديلها على ضوء التحدّيات التي تمت دراستها، بإضافة طبقة البيئة الدولية، وكذلك إضافة ركيزة القدرة على مواجهة الأزمات، علاوة على تعديل محدّدات القدرات التنافسية على مستوى كل طبقة وركيزة. The research aims to study the challenges faced by small and medium-sized internationalized companies to develop and maintain their international competitiveness. Companies face many challenges both in their internal and external environments. The International Trade Center proposes a "Competitive Capabilities Network", which aims to identify the determinants of competitive capabilities building for internationalized small and medium-sized enterprises. These determinants include two dimensions: layers (environments) and pillars. In our study, we present this network and try to amend it in light of the challenges that have been studied, adding the international environment layer as well as the capacity to face crises pillar.
