الملخص
يهدف البحث إلى دراسة مدى انعكاس القدرات التكنولوجية للاقتصاد الجزائري على كفاءة القطاع الصناعي الوطني، إن تبني التكنولوجيات الحديثة أدى إلى زيادة كفاءة القطاع الصناعي في العديد من دول العالم، والذي أدى إلى تحقيق النمو في الأجل الطويل. أظهرت النتائج بعد تحليل مختلف مؤشرات القدرات التكنولوجية ضعف هذه الأخيرة في جميع جوانبها، والتي انعكست سلبا على كفاءة القطاع الصناعي، والتي يمكن الاستدلال عليها بضعف مساهمة الصناعات التحويلية في الناتج المحلي الاجمالي وفي الصادرات الاجمالية، وخاصة منها عالية ومتوسطة المحتوى التكنولوجي، حتى عند مقارنتها بالدول النامية. The research aims to study the extent to which the technological capabilities of the Algerian economy reflect on the efficiency of the national industrial sector, as the adoption of modern technologies has led to an increase in the efficiency of the industrial sector in many countries of the world, which has led to growth in the long term. The results showed, after analyzing various indicators of technological capabilities, the weakness of the latter in all its aspects, which negatively affected the efficiency of the industrial sector, which can be inferred by the weak contribution of manufacturing industries to the gross domestic product and to total exports, especially those of high and medium technological content, even when compared to other countries. developing.
