الملخص

هدف البحث الى التعرف على أهم معوقات الاحتراف الرياضي، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي حيث تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية وبلغ إجمالي عينة البحث (31) رئيسا لنوادي، واستخدم الباحث في إجراء المعالجات الإحصائية البرنامج SPSS، وتوصل الباحث إلى أن المحور الأول" سوء تسيير الجانب المالي يؤدي إلى ضعف الاحتراف "وجاءت العبارة معنوية وبالتالي هناك غياب واضح في الجانب المالي، وجاء المحور الثاني" التسيير الاداري العشوائي سبب في عرقلة الاحتراف "جاءت العبارة معنوية وبالتالي هناك ضعف اداري، وكانت أهم التوصيات وضع الخطط الاستراتيجية لمنظومة الاحتراف وفقا للأساليب والطرق العلمية لكرة القدم.The research aimed to identify the most important obstacles to mathematical professionalism, and the researcher used the descriptive approach where the research sample was chosen randomly, and the total research sample was (31 some club heads).
