الملخص
This study aimed to study and analyze the degree of achieving institutional excellence in higher education institutions according to the criteria of the Malcolm Baldrige model by applying to the University of M'sila. The statistical analysis of the data was also carried out using the SPSS, version 22. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the degree of institutional excellence achieved through the application of the criteria of the Malcolm Baldrige model can be considered very acceptable, with no statistically significant differences in the university from the point of view of the faculty professors that can be attributed to functional variables.
