الملخص
تكنولوجيا الاتصالات و المعلومات منسوجة في حياتنا اليومية إنها الحاضر والمستقبل ، النطاق الترددي لتكنولوجيا الاتصالات متزايد باستمرار وأنظمة المعلومات في انتشار واضح ، حيث توسعت مجالات تطبيقات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في جميع الاتجاهات تقريبًا ، المحكمة الذكية مصطلح وليد هذه التطورات حيث تعد الأخيرة المحكمة الأولى التي تعمل بالذكاء الاصطناعي، فالقاضي هو الشخص الوحيد الحاضر في قاعة المرافعات بالتنسيق مع المدعي العام والمحامي والمدعى عليه عبر أجهزة الحاسوب ، في حين يتم تسجيل جلسة المحاكمة من البداية إلى النهاية من طرف رجل آلي يتمتع بالقدرة على التمييز بين الأطراف المتنازعة واستيعاب لهجاتهم المختلفة، و يواجه اليوم مشروع المحكمة الذكية تحديات كبيرة في بلدان مختلفة على الرغم من اختلاف نتائج هذا المشروع من بلد إلى آخر ، تحلل هذه الورقة وتناقش تجربة محكمة الشعب العليا الصينية كنموذج بارز للمحاكم الذكية . Information and communication technology nowadays is such an important part of our daily life. It is the present and the future. The bandwidth of communication technology is constantly increasing and information systems are in a clear spread. In addition, the fields of applications of information and communication technology have expanded in almost all directions .These innovations gave rise to the concept of the "smart court," which is the first court to use artificial intelligence. The trial session is recorded from beginning to end by a robot that has the ability to distinguish between the disputing parties and accommodate their various dialects, and the judge is the only person present in the courtroom in coordination with the public prosecutor, the attorney, and the defendant via computers. Today, the Smart Court project faces great challenges in different countries, although the results of this project differ from one country to another This paper analyzes and discusses the experience of the smart court in China
