الملخص
الملخص: لما كانت النزاعات الدولية مسألة حتمية بين أشخاص المجتمع الدولي وعلى رأسها الدول، نظرا لعوامل عديدة كاختلاف المصالح وتعقد العلاقات الدولية، فإنه تم إيجاد جملة من الوسائل السلمية لحل هذه النزاعات الدولية، منها الهيئات القضائية الدولية المختلفة، وهي الهيئات التي تتصدى وفق أنظمتها الأساسية لتسوية هذه النزاعات الدولية، ومن بين هذه الهيئات القضائية توجد محكمة العدل الاسلامية الدولية التي أنشأها منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي، التي تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان نظامها القانوني مقارنا بنظام محكمة العدل الدولية، لإبراز خصوصيتها التي تنفرد بها. Résumé: Comme les conflits internationaux est inévitable entre les gens de la communauté internationale, en particulier les pays, en raison de nombreux facteurs Tels que les différences d'intérêts et la complexité des relations internationales, il a été un certain nombre de moyens pacifiques pour résoudre ces différends internationaux, y compris divers organes judiciaires internationaux, les organismes qui traitent conformément aux leurs statuts afin de régler cette Différends internationaux. La Cour islamique Internationale de Justice, établie par l'Organisation de la Conférence Islamique (OCI), a pour objectif de présenter son système juridique en référence au système de la Cour Internationale de Justice pour en souligner la particularité. Abstract: Since international conflicts are inevitable among the Persons of the international community, foremost among them States, due to various factors such as the difference of interests and the complexity of international relations, a number of peaceful means have been found to resolve these international disputes, including the various international judicial bodies, The International Court of Justice, established by the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC), aims to present its legal system with reference to the International Court of Justice system to highlight its particularity.
