الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر شخصية المدرب على أداء اللاعبين. وتم إجراء الدراسة على 30 لاعبا تم تطبيق الاستبيان عليهم. وتكتسي الدراسة أهمية بالغة نظرا لأهمية الموضوع في تحسين جودة أداء لاعبي كرة القدم. ولدراسة الموضوع تم استخدام المقابلة غير المنظمة (الحرة), المقابلة المنظمة (المقننة) وتم استخدام التحليل الاحصائي باستخدام كا2. وقد تهيكلت الدراسة على عدة عناصر أهمها: تعريف كرة القدم، الأداء، المدرب، أهداف التدريب. وتم تحليل الجانب التطبيقي للدراسة بتوظيف الاحصاء والجانب النظري للدراسة. Abstact : This study aims to analyze the impact of the coach's personality on the performance of the players. The study was conducted on 30 players who were applied. The study is extremely important due to the importance of the topic in improving the quality of football players. To study the topic, the irregular (free) interview was used, the organized (codified) interview, and the statistical analysis was used using Ka2. The study has been subject to several elements, the most important of which are: football definition, performance, coach, training goals. The applied side of the study was analyzed by employing the statistics and the theoretical side of the study.
