خدمات التربية الخاصة الموجهة للطفل الموهوب وتحدياتها Special Education Services For The Gifted Child And Its Challenges

الملخص
كثيرا ما نسمع ونعايش ونخالط من هم دائما يمثلون استثناء في المجتمعات، فالاستثناء هو صفة للفرد الذي يملك استعداد مرتفعا، في الكثير من الامور والقضايا المختلفة، ولعل من ابرزها قضية التعلم والتعليم، بالاضافة الى الاداء في كثير من السلوكيات، فهؤلاء هم من نسميهم الموهوبين، او المتفوقين، او المتميزين، او حتى المبدعين، وقد شاع في التفكير القديم على ان الموهوبين هم من تكون درجات ذكائهم مرتفعة كان يحصلون على درجة 130 او حتى اكثر من ذلك حسب مقاييس الذكاء الشائعة، ولكن اختلفت النظرة للموهوب في وقتنا الحاضر فاصبح يعرف كما حددها العلماء بالدافعية الاستثنائية في مختلف مجالات السلوك، وتوفر البيئة المناسبة، وبهذا اكتسب موضوع الموهبة اهمية بالغة عند الكثير من حكومات الدول فقد رأو انها المخرج الوحيد للتنمية والتطور في اي بلد وقد جاءت هذه الورقة العلمية التي تمثل اطارا نظريا بحيث تهدف الى محاولة وضع تصور نظري يتضمن العديد من الموضوعات والاتجاهات الحديثة حول مفاهيم مختلفة لها علاقة وترتبط بشكل مباشر بمفهوم الموهبة والموهوب، وكل ما ينطوي عليه هذان المفهومان كتربية الموهوب في الاسرة وقواعد تعليمه بالمدرسة، كما وتهدف هذا الورقة العلمية الى التعرف على بعض التحديات التي يواجهها الموهوب واسرته، في كل من البيت والمدرسة والتطرق الى بعض المشكلات والحواجز التي تفرضها بعض الظروف كالمنطقة النائية المعزولة التي يعيش فيها الطفل الموهوب، وتحديات الموهوب من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، الفتاة الموهوبة في المجتمعات العربية، بالاضافة الى محاولة تقديم تصور نظري لكيفية تقديم اهم خدمات التربية الخاصة الموجهة للطفل الموهوب في المدرسة.
