الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث الى محاولة تقديم قراءة تحليلية لمحتوى رسائل الامين العام لهيئة الامم المتحدة، بمناسبة اليوم العالمي للتوعية بالتوحد، بداية من 26 مارس 2007 وصدور قرار الاعلان اليوم العالمي للتوعية بالتوحد، من 02 افريل 2008 الى غاية اخر 2 افريل 2021، ومقارنتها بالتطورات الحادثة في مجال التوحد (المفهوم والتدخلات التشخيصية والعلاجية، وكذلك جانب التوعية والتحسيس)، سواء من منظور DSM الدليل التشخيصي الاحصائي للاضطرابات العقلية الصادر عن الجمعية الامريكية لعلم النفس، ومختلف نتائج البحوث والدراسات الاكاديمية في هذا المجال، هذه المراجعة تم تقديمها ضمن البحوث الكيفية (النوعية)، وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي الذي يعتمد على التحليل والاستنتاج، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على استمارة تحليل المحتوى، لمجموع الرسائل موضوع البحث، وقد تم التوصل الى ان اضطراب طيف التوحد هو تحد عالمي يستوجب تشارك الجهود وتظافرها من طرف جميع الدول والمجتمعات كما ان تقبل هذه الفئة هو مسؤولية جميع الشرائح المجتمعية، ومسؤولية التكفل به هي مسؤولية متعددة التخصصات. This research aims to try to provide an analytical reading of the contents of the reports of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, on the occasion of the World Autism Awareness Day, starting from March 26, 2007 and the issuance of the decision to declare the World Autism Awareness Day, from April 02, 2008 to the end of April 2, 2021, and compare it with the developments that occurred on The field of autism (concept and diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, as well as the awareness and sensitization aspect), both from the perspective of the DSM Statistical Diagnostic Manual of Mental Disorders issued by the American Psychological Association, and the various results of research and academic studies in this field, this review was presented within the qualitative (qualitative) research, By using the descriptive approach that relies on analysis and conclusion, and to achieve this goal, the content analysis form was relied upon, for the total of the messages in question, and it was concluded that autism spectrum disorder is a global challenge that requires the participation and concerted efforts of all countries and societies, as well as accepting this category. It is the responsibility of all segments of society, and the responsibility to take care of it is a multidisciplinary responsibility
