Le Role Des Technologies De L’information Et De La Communication Dans La Formation Continue à Distance Et Le Développement Des Compétences Professionnelles Chez Les Enseignants Universitaires Nouveaux Recrus

تسعى دراستنا إلى التعرف على الفائدة والدور الذي يلعبه التكوين على استخدام تكنولوجيات الإعلام و الاتصال وانعكاساتها في تنمية المهارات المهنية للمعلمين ،وسنحرص على إبراز الصعوبات التي يتعرض لها هؤلاء المعلمون في ممارستهم التعليمية،أي اتصالهم بطلابهم من خلال الدورات المقدمة في الفصل بواسطة مؤتمرات الفيديو وعرض البيانات وتنسيق الصفحة واستخدام الألوان والصور والطباعة واستخدام منصةETC،على الرغم من أن هذا التدريب موجه إلى العديد من المعلمين الجدد المعينين من مختلف مؤسسات التعليم العالي على الصعيد الوطني. كان الهدف الرئيسي هو تحديد بحثنا في الإطار المكاني والزماني لكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة عبد الرحمن ميره بجاية، الجزائر خلال فترة 2019-2020. وفقًا للإجابات المقدمة،صرح ثمانية (08) مدرسين من أصل عشرة (10) معلمين بأن أهداف التدريب قد تم تحقيقها بالكامل،وأن التدريب قد نجح في تحقيق هدفه المتوقع المتمثل في توفير التدريب في مجال تكنولوجيات الإعلام و الاتصال للأساتذة الجدد. بالنسبة للاثنين (02) من المشاركين الآخرين،اعتبروا أن التدريب حقق هدفه جزئيًا فقط،نظرًا لعدم قدرته على ضمان الحافز القوي بين المعلمين لاستخدام تكنولوجيات الإعلام و الاتصال في ممارساتهم التعليمية. Notre étude cherche à cerner l’utilité et le rôle que je joue une formation à l’usage des TIC et ses répercussions dans le développement des compétences professionnelles des enseignants, nous nous éveillerons à mettre en relief les difficultés auxquelles s’exposent ces enseignants dans leurs pratiques d’enseignement, à savoir leurs mises en contact avec leurs étudiants via les des cours dispensés en classe à travers des vidéos- conférences , Data-show, format de page, utilisation de couleurs, , d’images et typographie , utilisation de la plateforme ETC , bien que cette formation soit adressée aux plusieurs enseignants nouveaux recrus issues de différents établissements d’enseignement supérieur à l’échelle nationale . L’objectif principal était de délimiter notre recherche dans le cadre spatio- temporel de la faculté des sciences humaines et sociales de l’université Abderrahmane Mira de Bejaia durant la période 2019-2020. Selon les réponses données huit(08)enseignants sur dix(10) déclarent que les objectifs de la formation ont été totalement atteints , et que la formation a réussi à réaliser son but escompté celui d’assurer une formation au TIC enseignants nouveaux recrus , tandis que pour les deux (02)autres enquêtés ont considérés que la formation n’a atteint que partiellement son objectif , vu son incapacité à assurer une forte motivation chez les enseignants à l’usage des TIC dans leurs pratiques d’enseignements. Our study seeks to identify the usefulness and the role played by training in the use of information and communication technologies and its repercussions in the development of the professional skills of teachers, we will endeavor to highlight the difficulties to which these teachers are exposed in their teaching practices, namely their contact with their students through courses given in class through the dissemination of: (video-conferences, Data-show, page format, use of colors, images, and typography, use of the platform … ETC), although this training is addressed to several new recruit teachers from different higher education institutions nationwide. The main objective was to delimit our research in the spatio-temporal framework of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Abderrahmane Mira fromBejaia University during the period 2019-2020. According to the answers given, eight (08) teachers out of ten (10) declare that the objectives of the training have been completely achieved, and that the training has succeeded in achieving its expected goal of providing training in information and communication technologies for new recruits, while that for the two (02) other respondents considered that the training only partially achieved its objective, given its inability to ensure strong motivation among teachers for the use of information and communication technologies in their teaching practices.
