الملخص
على الرغم من الاهتمام الذي توليه معظم الدول الثروة التكنولوجية المعاصرة في عملية التعليم الافتراضي والتعليم الصفي ، من أجل مواكبة التطور المعرفي والتكنولوجي ، إلا أنه لوحظ عزوف و قلة استخدام تلك الوسائل في العملية التدريسية في المؤسسات التعليمية المختلفة ومنها الجامعة ،رغم توفرها على والأجهزة الالكترونية الحديثة فيها ،ومن هنا جاءت مشكلة الدراسة للبحث عن واقع استخدام وتطبيق الثروة التكنولوجية في التعليم الجامعي . وفي أفق خلق إمكانات نظرية و منهجية تسمح بتحقيق فعل تعليمي تعلمي ناجح وفعال ،سنحاول في هذه الورقة طرح الحاسوب كوسيلة تعليمية جديدة التي يمكن الاستفادة منها في ظل جائحة كورونا من جهة ،ومن جهة أخرى في تهيئة مجالات الخبرة للمتعلمين وفي إتمام العملية التعليمية التعلمية و إنجازها. Abstract: Despite the attention paid by most countries to the contemporary technological wealth in the process of virtual education and classroom education, in order to keep pace with the cognitive and technological development, it was noticed that there was a reluctance and lack of use of these means in the teaching process in various educational institutions, including the university, despite their availability on modern electronic devices. Hence, the problem of the study came to search for the reality of the use and application of technological wealth in university education. In the context of creating theoretical and methodological capabilities that allow for the achievement of a successful and effective teaching-learning act, we will try in this paper to present the computer as a new educational tool that can be used in light of the Corona pandemic on the one hand, and on the other hand in creating fields of expertise for learners and in completing and completing the educational-learning process.
