الحفر الاركيولوجي في مفهوم حقوق الانسان

الملخص
تحاول الورقة القاء الضوء على مراحل تطورفكرة حقوق الانسان تاريخيا وفلسفيا، ومختلف العوامل التي أثرت سلبا أو إيجاباً على هذه الحقوق ، فحقوق الانسان مرت بمراحل تشكل وتكون و ان اختلفت باختلاف الحضارات التي تنبثق منها الرؤية للحق الإنساني،فعند الحديث عن الأصول الفلسفية لحقوق الانسان نميز بين الجذور الفكرية وبين الأسس الفكرية ،فالجذور الفكرية تعني القيام بحفر أركيولوجي لمفهوم حقوق الانسان، كيف و أين ومتى نشأة وتطورت ، أين شاركت جميع الثقافات والأديان في بلورت المفهوم ، في حين الأسس الفكرية لا يقصد بها التتبع الأركيويولوجيوالكرونولوجي لمفاهيم حقوق الانسان بل إلى أسسها وخليفتها الفلسفية التي هي إلى حد كبير فلسفة الأنوار. The paper attempts to shed light on the stages of development of the idea of human rights historically and philosophically, and the various factors that have positively or negatively affected these rights. Intellectual roots and between intellectual foundations, intellectual roots mean archaeological digging of the concept of human rights, how, where and when it originated and developed, where all cultures and religions participated in crystallizing the concept, while the intellectual foundations are not intended to follow the archaeological and chronological concepts of human rights, but to their foundations and philosophical successors that It is very much the philosophy of the Enlightenment.
