عوامل توجه الطلبة الجامعيين نحو اقامة المؤسسات المصغرة الريادية -دراسة حالة طلبة الماستر بجامعة الوادي -

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على دور الخصائص الريادية والعوامل الاكاديمية وهيئات الدعم والمرافقة في توجه طلبة ماستر جامعة الوادي نحو اقامة المؤسسات المصغرة الريادية . ولقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتم استخدام اداة الاستبيان لمعرفة اراء عينة الدراسة المكونة من 162فردا وتم تحليل النتائج باستخدام برنامج الاحصائي spss. ومن اهم النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة لدى افراد العينة , ان الخصائص الريادية ومساهمة اجهزة الدعم والمرافقة تؤثر ايجابيا في توجه طلبة الماستر لجامعة الوادي نحو اقامة المؤسسات المصغرة الريادية . ومن خلال النتائج المتوصل اليها اوصى الباحثان بضرورة التعريف اكثر بهيئات الدعم والمرافقة وعمل مؤتمرات وندوات للطلبة عن كيفية انشاء المؤسسات المصغرة الريادية . This stud aims to identify the role of each of the entrepreneurial characteristics,academic factor ,and support and accompaniment bodies in the orientation of the master students at el-oued s university towards establishing entrepreneurial micro-enterprises The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach and the questionnaire tool was used to know the opinion of the study sample consisting of 162 individuals , the results were analyzed using the spss statistical program Among the most important findings of the study among the sample members ,is that the entrepreneurial characteristics ,academic factors ,and the contribution of support and accompaniment devices positively affect the orientation of master students at el-oued university towards . establishing pioneering micro-enterprises Through the finding ,the researches recommended the need to introduce more support and accompaniment bodies,and to hold conferences and seminars for student on how establish pioneering micro-enterprises
