أنماط إدارة الصف وعلاقتها بإدارة الوقت من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم المتوسط لولاية بشار

الملخص
ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أنماط إدارة الصف و علاقتها بإدارة الوقت من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم المتوسط بولاية بشار، استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي. تكونت العينة من (136) أستاذ وأستاذة. طبقت استبانتين كأداة للدراسة، الأولى أنماط إدارة الصف واشتملت على (30) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات:( النمط السلطوي، النمط الديمقراطي، النمط الفوضوي) والاستبانة الثانية متعلقة بإدارة الوقت في مجال واحد، واشتملت على (18) فقرة. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود شيوع الأنماط القيادية الثلاثة (الديمقراطي، الأوتوقراطي، الفوضوي) لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط. ووجود علاقة ارتباطية بين النمط الديمقراطي في إدارة الصف وإدارة الوقت دون الأنماط الأخرى. Abstract: The aimed of the study is to identify Classroom management patterns and their relation to time management, from the point of view of teachers of intermediate education in the state of Bechar, we used the Analytical Descriptive method , the sample consisted of (136) teachers. We designed two questionnaires as a tool for the study, First is Classroom management patterns, Including (30) paragraphs distributed over three fields : ( Authoritarian pattern , democratic pattern, and chaotic pattern ) and Second questionnaire is related to time management and it included (18) paragraphs . The study reached several results, the most important of which are : the prevalence of the three leadership styles (democratic, autocratic, chaotic) among the teachers of intermediate education , there is an associative relationship between the democratic pattern in the classroom management and time management, without the other pattern. There are no differences in the fields of classroom management patterns attributed to variable (Gender) There are differences in the authoritarian and the chaotic patterns attributed tovariable of years of service, there are no differences in the democratic pattern in classroom management attributed to variable of years of service
