دور المناخ الاستثماري في جذب الاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر في الجزائر

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى استكشاف وعرض واقع الاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر في الجزائر وانعكاس ذلك في المؤشرات الدولية لتقييم مناخ الاستثمار.وهذا باستخدام المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي لتحليل جاذبية المناخ الاستثماري في الجزائر. وتوصلت الدراسة الى أن الاجراءات المتخذة من طرف الجزائر فيما يتعلق بتحسين وتأهيل المناخ الاستثماري تبقى غير كافية، حيث شكلت طبيعة الاقتصاد الجزائري الريعي عائقا ومثبطا لتحقيق بيئة جاذبة للاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر خاصة في القطاعات الانتاجية. This study aims to explore and present the reality of foreign direct investment in algeria and its reflection in the international indicators for assessing the investment climate, using the descriptive method and the analytical method to analyze the attractiveness of the investment climate in Algeria. This study indicates that the measures taken by Algeria with regard to improving and rehabilitating the investment climate remain insufficient, as the nature of the rentier Algerian economy constituted an obstacle and discouragement to achieve an attractive environment for FDI, especially in the productive sectors.
