Abstract
Nowadays, economic institutions are regarded as the primary engine of economies as they can provide the social and economic foundation for societies, and human resources are one of their most important assets. Cultivating its productive capacity is what the Human Resources Department intends to do via set vocational training policies and programs that attempt to enhance individuals' abilities, and technical and management skills, as well as to assure its continuity and achievement of its intended anضd established goals. Keywords: human resource management, human resources, vocational training ملخص: تعتبر المؤسسات الاقتصادية اليوم المحرك الأساسي للمجتمعات كونها تمثل القاعدة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية فيها، ويعتبر الرأسمال البشري أحد أهم نقاط قوتها فكما أنها تسعى لمواكبة التطور والمنافسة بتحديث آلياتها الانتاجية من آلات وأدوات حديثة، فإنها تسعى في خضم ما يشهده العالم اليوم من ديناميكة متسارعة في مختلف المجالات إلى تطوير رأسمالها البشري وهذا ما تعمد اليه إدارة الموارد البشرية من خلال سياسات وبرامج تكوينية مسطرة تعمل من خلالها على تنمية القدرات والمهارات التقنية والتسييرية للأفراد، وهذا لضمان إستمراريتها وتحقيق أهدافها المنشودة والمسطرة، فالعملية التكوينية اليوم باتت ضرورية وملازمة لكل تطور وتقدم يمس المؤسسات الاقتصادية باختلاف مجالاتها وطبيعة نشاطاتها.
