دورالاستقرار في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر من 1990 -2018

الملخص

تعتبر التنمية المستدامة من المواضيع التي تلقى رواجا واهتماما واسعا اليوم لما تحمله من اهمية بالغة، فتهدف دراستنا هذه إلى معرفة دور الاستقرار في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة خلال الفترة الممتدة من 1990إلى سنة 2018 في الجزائر، وقد قمنا بتحليل الاستقرار إلى أبعاد متمثلة في كل من الاستقرار الاجتماعي والسياسي، حيث أفضت هذه الدراسة بعد تحليل مؤشرات التنمية الاجتماعية والبيئية إلى وجود مرحلتين أحداهما توصف بعدم الاستقرار ممثلة من سنة 1990 إلى غاية 1999، ومرحلة ثانية مستقرة نوعا ما من سنة 1999إلى سنة 2018، وقد توصلنا إلى أن المرحلة الأولى انتشرت فيها البطالة مما أدى تثاقل نسب النمو الصحي والتعليمي مع واستنزاف الامن البيئي بسبب الوضع السوسيوسياسي غير المستقر، أما المرحلة الثانية فهي مناقضة للمرحلة الأولى من خلال تحسن الأوضاع نسبيا إلى الحسن وهو ما يبرزه دور الاستقرار السوسيوسياسي والاجتماعي ككل وفقا لمعايير قياس الاستقرار المعتمدة في دراستنا. Sustainable development is one of the topics that receive great popularity and attention today because of its great importance. Our study aims to know the role of stability in achieving sustainable development during the period from 1990 to 2018 in Algeria, and we have analyzed stability into dimensions represented in both social stability This study, after analyzing social and environmental development indicators, led to the existence of two stages, one of which is described as instability, represented from 1990 to 1999, and a somewhat stable second stage from 1999 to 2018. The percentages of health and educational growth with the depletion of environmental security due to the unstable sociopolitical situation. As for the second stage, it contradicts the first stage through the improvement of the situation relatively to the good, which is highlighted by the role of sociopolitical and social stability as a whole, according to the criteria for measuring stability adopted in our study
