الملخص
تتمحور هذه الدراسة حول الصعوبات التي واجهت المستعمر في إدارة المصالح الإدارية بالجزائر، فقد اصطدم الجيش الفرنسي بمقاومات كثيرة عملت على صده وإيقاف زحفه ، مما أدى إلى اضطراب الأوضاع وعدم استقرارها ، فقامت فرنسا بمحاولات إصلاحية في المجال الإداري لتسيير شؤون المستعمرين والجزائريين، عن طريق تغيير الحكام العاملين والمحافظين، وتعديل مهامهم باستمرار، وقد تماشى ذلك مع إصدار قرارات ومراسيم يومية ، ولهذا ارتأينا أن نتناول في موضوعنا فترة تطبيق الإدارة الاستعمارية العسكرية في الجزائر من 1830 إلى 1860. Abstract: This study is concerning the difficulties of the Algerian administration that faced by the colonial administration in Algeria’s departement . The French army clashed many apponemt fight opposition that worked to stop crawling that lead to the distubance conditions and to its intability . France try to do a reform in the administrative domain area . The conduct of the affaire of colonisors and the Algerians by changing the provisors rulers workers and conservatives . Modifing this duties constantly , it has faded with the issue decission and decrees daily . That is why we decided to addrers our topic in the application of military colonial administration in Algeria from 1830 to 1860 .
