الملخص
تكتسي البروسبوغرافيا أهمية بالغة في دراسة مختلف المجالات التاريخية، لاسيما عندما تكون المعطيات نادرة والمصادر غير متوافرة، أو يكون الأرشيف مبعثرا ومفقودا، في هذا السياق ارتأينا المساهمة في إعداد بروسبوغرافيا منتجي الأرشيف القضائي في الجزائر بداية الاحتلال الفرنسي، بهدف الوقوف على الدور الذي يقدمه هذا النهج في مجال الأرشيف التاريخي، حيث وقع اختيارنا على عينة القضاة الفاعلين خلال الفترة (1830- 1848)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: الدور الفعال للبروسبوغرافيا في التعرف على منتجي الأرشيف القضائي والكشف عن المنظومة والسياسة القضائية الاستعمارية، هذا مع وجود معوقات تحد من فاعلية توظيفها Prosopography is of great importance in various historical fields, especially when data Prosopography is of great importance in the study of various historical fields, especially when data are scarce and sources are unavailable, or the archives is scattered and lost. In this context, we wanted to prepare a prosopography of judicial archives producers in Algeria at the beginning of the french colonization, with the aim of identifying the role that this approach plays in the field of historical archives, where we chose a sample of judges who are active in the period (1830-1848). The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: the effective role of prosopography in identifying the judicial archives producers and revealing the judicial system and colonial policy, with the presence of obstacles that limit the effectiveness of its use.
