الشعور بالأمل لدى المصابات بسرطان الثدي

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى محاولة الكشف على مستوى الشعور بالأمل لدى المصابات بسرطان الثدي، باعتبار أن متغير الأمل إيجابي وله دور إنقاذي للصحة والذي من شأنه أن يسهم في تنشيط الاستجابة المناعية وتحمل الضغوط النفسية والعصبية والجسدية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم اجراء الدراسة على عينة قوامها (30) مصابة بسرطان الثدي، وقد تم اختيارهن بطريقة قصدية، وطبق عليهن استبيان قياس الأمل لـ سنايدر وآخرون 1991. والذي تم التأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية وملائمته للدراسة على عينة من المرضى في البيئة الجزائرية، وتم اتباع المنهج الوصفي وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات بواسطة برنامج spss توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى مايلي: مستوى الشعور بالأمل لدى المصابات بسرطان الثدي مرتفع، وهذا راجع لإتباعهن مسالك عملية وسبل تفكير فعُالة، للوصول إلى الأهداف والنتائج المرغوب بها، كالصحة الجيدة وتوقعات الشفاء من الإصابة. The current study aimed to try to detect the level of feeling of hope in women with breast cancer, Considering that hope is a positive variable and has a saving health, Which would contribute to stimulating the immune response, endure psychological stress And nervousness and physical, and to achieve this goal, this study was conducted on a sample of 30 women with breast cancer, they were selected purposively, and was applied a questionnaire to measure hope for C.R.Snyder & others 1991. After confirmation of its properties psychometric on a sample of patients in the algerian environment thus its suitability for the study, we used the descriptive approach, and after statistical treatment of the data by program spss. The results of the study found the following: The level of feeling of hope at women with breast cancer is high, this is because they follow practical paths and effective ways of thinking to reach desired goals and outcomes like good health and expectation of recovery from an injury.
