الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم الأداء المستدام لشركة فايزر باستخدام بطاقة الأداء المتوازن، التي مزجت بين المؤشرات المالية وغير المالية في محاورها الخمسة عاكسة بذلك الأبعاد الثلاثة للأداء المستدام (الاقتصادي، الاجتماعي، والبيئي)، وقد أظهرت الدراسة أن أداء الشركة مستدام غير متوازن بحيث لا يتطابق مع متطلبات محاور البطاقة، مما يُوجب عليها إعادة النظر في استراتيجيتها للمحافظة عل .مكانتها ونموها في ظل ديناميكية البيئة This study aimed to evaluate the sustainable performance of Pfizer using the balanced scorecard, which mixed financial and non-financial indicators in its five hubs, reflecting the three dimensions of sustainable performance (economic, social, and environmental), the study showed that the company's performance is sustainable and unbalanced so that it does not match the requirements of the card's hubs, which requires it to reconsider its strategy to maintain its position and growth in light of the dynamic environment.
