الملخص
لقد توالت الإصلاحات التربوية لمواجهة التحديات التي يفرضها القرن الحادي والعشرون، فقد تغير مفهوم التعلم من المفهوم التقليدي الذي يتخذ فيه المتعلم موقفاً سلبياً في العملية التعليمية، إلى المفهوم الحديث الذي يتخذ فيه المتعلم موقفاً إيجابياً في العملية التعليمية، وهذا ما استدعى إعادة النظر في مفهوم التقويم، فقد انتقل اهتمام عملية التقويم من قياس المعارف والمستويات الدنيا من التفكير إلى قياس الأداء التدريسي والمنهاج والمواد التعليمية والنشاطات الطلابية والخدمات الطلابية، وربط التقويم بالواقع وبمدى قدرة التلميذ واستعداده على أداء مهام فعلية في الحياة، وقد حاولت هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على طرق التقويم التربوي وبالخصوص طرق تقويم الأداء وأهميتها في تقويم كفايات المتعلمين باعتبار المدرسة الجزائرية تعتمد على بيداغوجيا الكفايات. : Educational reforms have continued to confront the challenges posed by the twenty-first century. The concept of learning has changed from the traditional concept in which the learner takes a negative position in the educational process, to the modern concept in which the learner takes a positive attitude in the educational process, and this necessitated a review of the concept of evaluation The attention of the evaluation process has shifted from measuring knowledge and lower levels of thinking to measuring teaching performance, curriculum, educational materials, student activities and student services, and linking the evaluation to reality and the extent of the student's ability and willingness to perform actual tasks In life, I have tried this study shed light on the methods of educational assessment and in particular the methods of performance evaluation and the importance in competece evaluation as the Algerian school based on pedagogy of competency
